Sadly, and very visible in Capljina, there are still bombed out houses from the War. These houses belong to Serb families who are unable to return and claim them. It seems no-one is taking responsibility for the situation and tragically they are still an ever-present reminder of the awfulness of the War and the suffering that has gone on there. However, the new houses and the restored buildings, including the new bridge over the river, show great signs of hope for the future.
